Hawaii News Now: about 5,000 accounts sit on that North Shore transmission line; no full-restoration estimate; damage along Powerline Road is extensive. CEO David Bissell: first restorations expected early this week, likely portions of Kilauea, Princeville, and Hanalei. Quote: “We will know much more in the next couple of days as we gauge the progress of our crews.”
