DVIDS, LLE-UAP-PR002, Unresolved UAP Report, Colorado, October 2023 (posted Sept. 18, 07:15; date taken listed Oct. 1, 2023): a local law-enforcement officer submitted a report to the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office of video from a commercially available cellular device’s rear-facing camera, October 2023. The officer described the phenomenon as “silent” and as featuring “red, blue, and green flashing lights.” Video ID 1023412. VIRIN 231001-D-D0360-5713. Filename DOD_111985844. Location tagged Colorado.
The DVIDS Length field is 00:15:00. The on-page description covers 00:00–15:00: the camera stays on an apparent light source, generally centered. The same page’s opening sentence also repeats “1 minute and 19 seconds,” the same words used on PR001. We will not smash 15:00 into PR001’s 1:19. We will not invent which number AARO meant. AARO digitally altered the footage by blurring the bottom half. AARO: cellphone autofocus may distort distant subjects at high magnification. The case is unresolved. Unresolved is not identified. Friday’s PR004 was 1:42. Thursday’s PR001 was 1:19. A fifteen-minute hold is not a craft. We will not invent a crash, a non-human body, or an AARO “aliens” verdict.
