Department of Justice, Tuesday, Sept. 15 — already filed on this desk: Kramer was charged by complaint with receiving a firearm and ammunition knowing or having reasonable cause to believe they would be used to commit a federal crime of terrorism. FBI: interdicted as he returned to a Cranberry Township hotel; search warrants recovered a semiautomatic rifle and 190 rounds, among other items. Initial appearance Sept. 14. The United States asked that he be held without bond. A criminal complaint is an accusation. All defendants are presumed innocent.
