Physint has no street date. This one does.
Gematsu, Sept. 8, citing Nintendo: The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake launches on Switch 2 on Nov. 5 — $59.99 digital, $69.99 physical. First-print discs get textured foil packaging while supplies last. Fully voiced cutscenes, orchestral score, a jump button, right-stick camera. Hum a learned song into the Switch 2 mic and Link plays it.
Oct. 29: Nintendo Switch 2 — The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Edition, plus themed Pro Controller and case. The box does not include the remake. You buy the game separately. Young Link and Young Zelda amiibo are 2027. Mineru’s Construct amiibo is Sept. 17.
Polygon, Saturday 6:00 a.m. ET, Oli Welsh: the remake’s storybook look is not the whole game. ReDeads, Dead Hand, the Bottom of the Well. Quote: the new Ocarina of Time “could be the most frightening game you play this year.” That is a critic’s read, not a Metacritic. We will not invent one.
Marvel’s Wolverine is still Tuesday, Sept. 15, 78 from 63 critics, $69.99. Nintendo’s Customer Appreciation Sale — 30%, Sept. 13–26 — has not listed SKUs. A sale window is not a launch.
What this means for you
If you have a Switch 2 and a pre-order, November is the disc, not Tuesday. If you wanted claws, that is still the 15th. If you wanted Physint, that still has no date.
Bottom line: Ocarina of Time, Nov. 5, $59.99 / $69.99. Oct. 29 hardware does not include the game.
