The officer described the phenomenon as โsilentโ and as featuring โred, blue, and green flashing lights.โ AARO digitally altered the footage by blurring the bottom half to protect privacy. 00:00โ00:47: the camera pans to keep an apparent light source centered. 00:48โ01:19: magnification goes up and down; the pan continues. DVIDS: this description is not an analytical judgment, investigative conclusion, or factual determination.
AAROโs comment on the same page: cellphone autofocus and automated image processing may distort the apparent shape and motion of distant subjects, especially at high magnification.
