Friday’s unused Ashbacher already ran. This is Saturday’s unused charging paper. An indictment is not a conviction.
Department of Justice, Friday: Mikia Antoneice Noble, 37, of North Chesterfield, Virginia, was arrested Friday. DOJ: a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia returned the indictment on Oct. 20. She is charged with conspiracy to commit health care fraud and three counts of health care fraud. Those are charges. They are not findings. All defendants presumed innocent. Friday already filed unused Ashbacher. We will not reprint a former Fort Bragg contractor as first-day news. We will not reprint Thursday’s unused Ghostbusters five. We will not reprint Wednesday’s unused Faruqui. We will not reprint Monday’s unused 48. We will not reprint Sunday’s unused Lucas.
Same unused indictment, according to DOJ: she was co-owner and chief operating officer of Advancing Communities Everywhere LLC, a Richmond-area mental-health provider. ACE purported to treat people in acute behavioral-health crises and, DOJ said, did not provide those services as billed. From January 2022 through April 2026, she allegedly helped submit more than $49 million in false claims to Virginia Medicaid. DOJ: the paper alleges billing for two-person crisis teams that were one lower-level worker; more than $2 million in hotel rooms offered as an inducement; forged signatures, including her own while she was out of the country; and lies to Medicaid managed-care audits. If convicted, DOJ said, each count carries a maximum of 10 years. If convicted is not convicted. Those are allegations in a charging paper. They are not a verdict.
Same unused caution: Thursday leftover 18 more charged in North Carolina with illegally voting in 2024 is not this unused Medicaid paper. 18 is not Monday’s unused 48. Do not smash 18 into 48. Oct. 23 leftover Brinksman is not this unused Noble file. Friday leftover ICE Houston paper is not this unused Richmond indictment. We will not smash two contractors into one. We will not invent a conviction. Nov. 3 is still the election. Charges are not convictions.
What this means for you
If you needed Friday’s unused crime, it still stands as a former Fort Bragg contractor charged, not convicted. If you needed this noon’s unused paper, it is a Richmond-area owner charged, not convicted. If the week is too heavy, 988.
Bottom line: Charged. Not convicted. Not Ashbacher reprinted. Not Ghostbusters reprinted.
