They remain at large. Yuri Khrameev, 63, also known as โColonel Yuriโ; his son Kirill Khrameev, 27, described as an FSB officer; Cuban nationals Oemis Romagoza Durruthy, 35, and Yaidel Delgado Suarez, 35, also known as โVikingโ; and Venezuelan national Angel Eduardo Castro, 22. Prosecutors: this summer the network recruited a U.S.-based person to surveil a prominent Russian dissident, Victim-1, and offered $1,000 to $1,500 for that surveillance, then $40,000 to โeliminateโ or โdisappearโ the person. Attorney General Todd Blanche: the plots included efforts to murder a Russian dissident investigators believed was in the Washington, D.C., area. Last year, the indictment says, a U.S. citizen was offered about $25,000 to kill a person in Lithuania. Dmitry Peskov, Wednesday: until they hear credible evidence, โwe do not believe it is necessary to comment.โ Russia has previously denied such plots, Reuters noted.
