An army official: “This is the largest operation in Taiz so far.” Officials said they believed a large number of Houthi fighters were killed or wounded, including senior field commanders. That is their line. Videos posted online showed smoke and secondary explosions, Arab News said. A second official said the gathering had arrived from Taiz, Ibb, and Dhamar.
