FOX56, Friday 12:58 p.m. / U.S. Attorney Brian D. Miller, Middle District of Pennsylvania: Hailey Marie Monterosso, 27, of Kulpmont, was indicted by a federal grand jury on possession with intent to distribute more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. Prosecutors allege the offense occurred Aug. 26, 2026, in Northumberland County. The FBI Philadelphia Field Office’s Capital Area Resident Agency investigated with Mount Carmel Borough Police, the Northumberland County Adult Probation Department, and Shamokin City Police. Assistant U.S. Attorney Alisan V. Martin is prosecuting. The count carries a maximum of 40 years in prison, a fine, and supervised release if convicted. FOX56: an indictment is an accusation; Monterosso is presumed innocent unless proven guilty. We will not invent a plea.
