Anadolu Agency, Sunday 4:37 p.m.: Yemeni government forces said they targeted Houthi gatherings in Taiz, Lahij, and Al-Dhalea. The Giants Brigades said its drones hit gatherings and vehicles on the Kahboub front overlooking Bab el-Mandeb in Lahij and released a video it said showed vehicles burning. Nation Shield Forces said drones hit sites in Al-Dhalea, without further detail. The Taiz Military Axis said warplanes hit a camp and vehicles at the Mawyah junction east of Taiz. Deputy Information Minister Fayad al-Numan said the strikes caused “heavy losses.” The Houthis did not immediately comment on those government statements. Monday’s unused Kahboub push already ran as first-day news. We will not reprint the mountains as a new seizure.
Same Anadolu file: the Houthi self-declared health ministry said seven people were killed and 40 injured in strikes it alleged were carried out by Saudi Arabia at the Mawyah junction, targeting shops at a market. Neither Saudi nor Yemeni authorities commented on that claim. Morning’s unused five Taiz districts already ran. Al-Nazili’s aviation line already sat in that file.
