Minecraft.net, Per Landin, published Sept. 29, 2026, 08:00 UTC: “Minecraft Dungeons II is live.” Landin: as of that post, the action-RPG “has officially launched,” “available now” on Steam, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. That is a store sentence, not a review we invent. Sunday’s unused Gaming already ran as Sept. 29 on the calendar and The Sift named as Minecraft’s first new dimension in more than 14 years. Same Minecraft.net note: the sequel sends players against an Illager High Council — the Prime Enchanter, Supreme Evoker, and Grand Illusioner — and into the Sift, the new dimension Sunday already named. Co-op is up to 4 players, online or couch. We will not type a Metacritic we do not have. Monday evening’s unused Ace Combat 8 Deluxe already ran as open at the 3 p.m. PT window; Standard is still Oct. 2. We will not reprint Deluxe as first-day news. Xbox Wire’s Monday preview still listed Game Pass and Play Anywhere for the Sept. 29 drop; Landin’s live post names the five storefronts above. A named storefront is not a unit count.
What this means for you
If you needed Sunday’s unused date, it still stands as a date. If you needed this afternoon’s unused Gaming, it is Dungeons II is live, not SiN and not Deluxe again.
