Hayes, Thursday Sept. 24 / FOX45: George Robinson, 58; Shane Green, 50; Shawn Hearn, 53; Cori Grant, 47; and Vanessa Dancy, 59, all of Baltimore, and Angela Pugh-Smith, 61, of Dayton, Ohio, charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute controlled substances. Robinson also faces three possession-with-intent counts. Grant, Green, Hearn, and Pugh-Smith each face one more. DEA began the case in September 2025. Prosecutors: Robinson received large shipments six times between October 2025 and May 2026, concealed in steel structures packed into crates on flatbed trailers to two Baltimore warehouses.
FOX45, citing the office: search warrants May 6 at a home, warehouses, a laundromat, and other sites seized more than 140 kilograms of cocaine, about 10 kilograms of fentanyl, about $1.3 million, firearms, packaging, and dozens of phones. More than 80 kilograms of cocaine were alleged in a trap under a pickup bed. If convicted, the indictment’s counts carry a 10-year minimum and up to life.
