Ukrzaliznytsia: a Russian drone struck the locomotive of a Kyiv–Warsaw train about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from the Polish border. No passengers injured. Poland’s Government Security Center issued an air-threat alert for counties in Lublin Voivodeship. Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha called it terror “knocking” on the EU and NATO. That is a quote, not an Article 5.
Named oblasts: Mykolaiv — a 71-year-old woman killed. Donetsk — 3 killed, 11 injured. Kherson — 1 killed, 9 injured. Chernihiv — 1 killed, 3 injured. Zaporizhzhia — 4 injured; 964 strikes on 58 settlements. Volyn — at least 5 injured. Zelenskiy said Russia launched nearly 500 strike drones during the day Saturday.
