Electronic Arts / GamingBolt, Sept. 25: EA Sports FC 27 is out now worldwide on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. EA’s July press line named Kylian Mbappé and Jude Bellingham as cover stars for the Ultimate Plus edition. Standard is today’s date. Ultimate and Ultimate Plus early access began Sept. 18. Early access is not the Standard launch. We will not invent a Metacritic or a unit count that has not posted.
EA’s own FAQ: three editions — Ultimate Plus, Ultimate, and Standard — and a Lite window at 16:00 UTC on the same day for PlayStation, Xbox, EA App, Steam, and Epic. A Lite hour is not the full game. Thursday’s Silent Hill: Townfall already ran as out now. Do not smash lasagna or fog into football.
What this means for you
If you needed Thursday’s unused Konami launch, it still stands. If you needed this afternoon’s unused Gaming, it is FC 27, today, on Switch 2 too. Not Townfall again.
Bottom line: FC 27 out now. Mbappé and Bellingham. Not Townfall. Not Sept. 18 again.
