Xbox Wire, Joe Skrebels, Saturday Sept. 26: The Sift is Minecraft’s first new dimension in more than 14 years. It will be introduced in Minecraft Dungeons II, launching September 29, and Mojang said the Sift will come to Minecraft itself in 2027. First announced at Gamescom; shown in more detail at Minecraft LIVE. New look, new mobs, new rules; named biomes include Meadows and Carapace. Other areas stay secret.
