Carter Walker, Votebeat / Spotlight PA via The Express, Monday / U.S. Attorney David Metcalf, Thursday evening: four people were charged with crimes related to registering or voting in Pennsylvania. Sade Guppy, 37, Philadelphia, and Eduardo Gallardo Maldonado, 66, Philadelphia, were charged with voting in the November 2022 and November 2024 elections, respectively. Cliff Sanon, 39, Philadelphia, one count of submitting a fraudulent voter registration application in 2026; the department also alleges he voted in November 2022. Dilea Ochoa-Perez, 43, of Coatesville, Chester County, charged with voting in November 2022 and November 2024. Metcalf: “Anyone, including illegal aliens, who votes illegally in our elections will be prosecuted for corrupting our democracy.” Attempts to reach the four were unsuccessful, the Express said. Charges are allegations. They are not convictions.
